Sage Partida, BS, ACSM-EP, ACSM-CIFT

Sage is a passionate exercise therapist with over 4 years of experience. He earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science and wellness from Bastyr University and is certified as an exercise physiologist and inclusive fitness trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Sage, who grew up as an all-around athlete, enjoys using his experience to train adaptive sports individuals. In addition, he is passionate about working with individuals who experience paralysis. His interest in helping people with physical challenges stems from growing up with his great grandmother, who had a limited ability to walk or stand for long periods due to an unknown diagnosis. Through her, he gained an understanding of the physical challenges and limited transportation that people experience, which led him to bring therapy to people.

Sage's career path took a turn after meeting his partner and mother-in-law, both of whom were diagnosed with FSHD. These three women inspired him to have a mission to encourage and empower people living with physical limitations. His goal is to transform lives by helping individuals become more functional and gain their independence.

Testimonials

" At 92 years old, I know I needed to be more mobile. My children and grandkids encouraged me to work with you. It was fun and gave me fulfillment. Thank you, Sage! "

Ludy, Client

Sage is a wonderfully compassionate, knowledgable, and dedicated therapist. He worked with my stroke survivor husband both in our home and at our local gym. Sage was always prepared with a plan that both met Kyle's needs and pushed him just enough to get stronger and gain more confidence in his own recovery. It's clear that Sage has great passion for the work he does and for his clients. Kyle and I immediately found Sage trust-worthy and skilled as a professional exercise therapist. We would recommend him over and over, and we look forward to continuing Kyle's recovery journey in the company of a care provider and guider like Sage and SPartida Movement.
